What comes to mind when you think of fiber?

Fiber is SexyHere at LightFull, we think sexy!  We’re on a mission to spread the word that “Fiber Is Sexy!” this summer.  Why’s that?  Because getting the proper amount of fiber in your diet really does help you to feel and look your best.

Unfortunately the average American eats only half the recommended daily allowance of 24-30 grams of fiber each day.  In fact, according to a recent survey conducted by the National Fiber Council, there’s quite a gap in Americans knowledge about fiber.  Take this fiber quiz to test your knowledge.  Since you already know that each LightFull smoothie provides you with 5-6 grams of fiber, you’re probably well on your way to acing the quiz!  And for those of you who subscribe to the SIRIUS Radio Network, hear Lara discuss why “Fiber Is Sexy” this Saturday, June 2, on “Before You Bite with Phil Lempert”!
