What does 1 week, 5 tanks of gas and 1600 miles add up to? The Bay Area LightFull Blitz! Anthony and Naomi – aka the dynamic duo – hit the road January 15th – 21st in the “Fiber is Sexy Mobile,” sampling over 2000 smoothies at more than 70 Curves and Weight Watchers locations across the Bay Area. This program was such a whopping success, that we are going to expand the program to other regions, so stay tuned…

To quote immortal words from the movie This Is Spinal Tap… “Hello Cleveland!” LightFull’s now in more than 40 Marc’s stores in the Cleveland, Akron and Canton areas, so spread the word!

We all know that calcium is important for strong bones. But did you know that calcium also plays an important role in preventing colon cancer, and may help to lower blood pressure and burn off fat?
